Bermonds Locke, a 142-key aparthotel development, will feature 99 studios and 43 one-bedroom apartments, all-day dining with outdoor seating, a coffee shop, cocktail bar, co-working facilities, two meeting rooms and a gym.
It will be accessible from Bermondsey Street to the west, Tanner St Park to the north and Tower Bridge Rd to the east.
The Bermonds Locke development will further establish Locke’s presence in the city of London and is expected to follow the opening of Locke at Broken Wharf in spring 2020.
